Join Dr. Jenny Glass on Wednesday, April 3 for our Emotion Regulation/Mindfulness skill-building workshop, an expedited way to learn skills needed for personal and academic success.

You'll learn how to address concerns such as stress, intense emotions, adjustment concerns and relationship issues.  Workshops are in the Conference room from 4- 5 p.m. 

We will use activities and worksheets to illustrate and practice Interpersonal Effectiveness/Mindfulness through Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, and for students who need more than the Counseling Workshops, group or individual counseling may be an additional resource.

Workshops are scheduled throughout the semester.
