We will be holding three Flu Shot Clinics for faculty, staff, spouses (no other dependents) and retirees!
To be eligible you must be enrolled in COVA Care, COVA HealthAware or the COVA High Deductible Health Plan. There will be no out-of-pocket cost to you.

Kim Witcher will send you a form to complete, please bring the completed form and a copy of your insurance card to your appointment.

Thursday, September 26th at the Faculty/Staff Benefits Fair - University Health Center will hold this clinic in Lankford Hall, Room A – Faculty, staff and spouses are welcome to schedule an appointment (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM).

Wednesday, October 16th – Farmville Family Pharmacy will hold this clinic in Upchurch, Simpson Room 313. COVID, Hepatitis B, Shingles, Pneumonia, and Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough) Vaccines offered as well. Faculty, staff and spouses are welcome to schedule an appointment (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

We will only be able to accept appointments, no walk-ins. If you are unable to attend please remember you can still receive a flu shot by showing your COVA Care, COVA HealthAware or COVA HDHP plan ID card to a participating pharmacist or provider at no cost for you and covered family members. The University Health Center is also available to faculty, staff and spouses on a space available basis.
