The only index codes permitted for your use to charge items with the VISA card are the codes that fall in the E & G, Auxiliary, Sponsored Programs, and Capital Outlay categories. (i.e., 1, 3, 5, and 7).
The VISA card CAN NOT be used for Foundation, Agency Local Accounts, or Student Activities charges. These codes begin with 0, 4 or 8. Foundation is zero (0), Agency Local Accounts are 4 or 8.
All account codes (object codes), including sub-object codes are to be used. Example: 712##, 713##, 715## and 722##; where ## is replaced with the last two numbers in the code series. Air/Rail fares is still 71283.
