This feature documentary examines how the this and future generations are going to confront the difficult issue of racism in America by following 12 teens from New York City as they come together for one school year to talk about the dynamics of race and privilege in a series of workshops and in conversations with friends and family members.

This must see film and subsequent discussion will provide students, faculty, and staff with the language and tools necessary to engage in difficult conversations and provide a means to build empathy, understanding, and unity.
