By requiring upper-level professional development course(s) in the major, we hope to give students a head start with skills for locating and applying for graduate school and employment. How do we know what is working? What do students want and need from these courses vs what does an academic program want and need?  What do we want to try next? All are welcome to this panel and discussion, to share lessons learned and ideas for the future. Thank you to panelists Adam Franssen (BIOL), Sarai Blincoe (PSYC), Laura Jimenez (KINS) and John Miller (ENGL). Refreshments provided by the Post-Graduate Success Initiative.
