Now, more than ever, it can feel difficult to develop new habits that improve your wellness, especially if you’ve tried in the past and been unsuccessful. As a follow-up to the first CAPS session on evidence to support the need for cultivating our own happiness and wellness, this discussion aims to focus on obstacles that get in the way of developing new habits and strategies for sticking to a routine. No worries if you didn’t attend the first session, all are invited to attend.
