The Well-Being Clinics (WBC) teach individuals how to manage their mental health through mindfulness, communication skills, preventative behaviors, tolerating difficult emotions, and mindfulness.” WBCs are held at 4 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays and are open to all students.
