Ensemble Concerts: Chamber Orchestra Fall Concert

The Longwood University Chamber Orchestra, directed by Dr. Lauretta Werner (Assistant Professor of Music, Strings), will present a fall concert on Thursday, October 26, 2023. The concert features repertoire by Vivaldi and Elgar, a premiere of Heather R. Spence’s “Reckoning of the Abyss” for viol da gamba and string orchestra, an arrangement of the hit pop song, “Thriller,” and chamber music ensembles.
