The Society of the CAHOOTS presents HOOT or Treat 2024! Come one, come all, to the Rotunda we call. For an evening of spooky fun but not fright, dressed in costumes that'll be a sigh. Bring your buckets or pillowcases in hand, once you arrive, you'll surely understand. Go ahead and bring a friend, remember COMMUNITY has no end! The best costume wins a prize.
