High School Honors Band and Orchestra Event

The Longwood University Department of Music is hosting an Honors Band and Orchestra event for over 250 prospective high school students in the region this Thursday and Friday. Led by Mr. Earl Shaffer, Dr. Mike Waddell, and Dr. Lauretta Werner, the event will culminate with a concert featuring two wind symphonies and one orchestra on Friday, January 26th at 7:30pm in Jarman Auditorium. The concert is free and open to the public. Please join us!
