Mrs. Stephanie W. Bailey, M.A.,CCC-SLP, is a Speech-Language Pathologist, Clinical Educator at Longwood Speech, Hearing, & Learning Services (SHLS), and the SLP Online Prerequisite Coordinator. Mrs. Bailey has over twenty-five years of experience from across the field of Speech-Language Pathology. Her resume includes work in acute care, long-term care, home health, outpatient rehabilitation, and school-based services. Areas of professional interest include childhood phonological disorders, language disorders, and autism.
Mrs. Bailey holds a Master's Degree in Communication Disorders from Appalachian State University of North Carolina, and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Radford University of Virginia.
When not engaged in professional pursuits, Mrs. Bailey enjoys boating, gardening, hiking, painting, and travel. She resides in Buffalo Junction, VA with her husband, Chris, and can often be found visiting their girls in Charlottesville.
