Please consider registering your classes for the Library’s anti-plagiarism, Ethical Research course. Using a mix of videos, text, tutorials, and quizzes, this asynchronous Canvas course teaches students how to ethically use, paraphrase, and cite outside sources, and avoid plagiarism. It includes information on avoiding incidental plagiarism through AI, as well. Students should be able to complete the course within 2 hours.
Registering your students is easy. After filling out the request form, your students will be added to the Canvas course. Once the due date you have set has passed, you will receive a report of student performance. If any of your students have already completed this course in a previous semester, they will not be required to complete it again.
Your chosen start dates should be after the add/drop period ends.
