The Fall Student Showcase for Research and Creative Inquiry is on Wednesday, November 20, 2024.
Join us to learn how to highlight your Student Showcase presentation and other research experiences on your resume and cover letter, making it stand out to future employers and graduate schools!
We are offering the following Career Development Workshops during the Student Showcase. These workshops are open to all students (students do not need to present at the Student Showcase to attend these career development opportunities).
Career Development Workshop- Highlighting Communication and Teamwork Skills
- Students- Do you want to learn how to highlight your Student Showcase presentation on your resume, cover letter, and other professional documents? Attend the Career Development Workshops to learn how to explain your communication and teamwork skills to future employers and graduate schools. The same material will be covered during both sessions so you can select a session that fits your schedule.

Career Development Workshop- How to Successfully Prepare for a Career in Healthcare
- Join us to discover how to effectively plan for a successful career in healthcare. This workshop will cover how to make the most of your time at Longwood by gaining experience, developing skills, taking the right courses, connecting with helpful mentors, and more.
