Campus Program Planning Guidance Calendar

The University Center and Student Activities department hosts a meeting at the end of each semester. This meeting is an opportunity to help coordinate events on campus for our students, faculty, and staff to ensure we do not over program or over compete with ourselves. The calendar is not meant to be an end all document and is a living, changing document. This is not meant to be a calendar for marketing of events or used as an event calendar. It is meant for larger scale programs, so general meetings and small gatherings may not need to be added. If you have questions regarding an event, please contact the office or organization putting on the event.
