- Chronicle of Higher Education: Access the Chronicle via the web or on your mobile device. Read the directions in the database description.

- Richmond Times Dispatch: This collection contains both historical and current papers starting in 1903.
- Virginia Historical Newspapers: Choose from over 70 Virginia Newspapers from as early as 1750.
- Accessible Archives: Includes papers like the Virginia Gazette from the 1700s.
- Norfolk Journal and Guide: One of the oldest and most respected black newspapers in the country. Stared in 1900.
