Microsoft Teams provides a chat-based hub for teamwork and group-based collaboration. Have a conversation, share files, store files and notes, or hold a meeting in Teams. Teams is both easy to use and very useful.
Academic and administrative departments can request to have a Team created by emailing helpdesk@longwood.edu, submitting a work order via the web, or calling 434-395-4357. Once the departmental Team is in place, unlimited Channels can be created. Channels offer the same functionality as a Team!
Features:
You can access the Teams download within the Software Center on your Windows computer, Self Service on your Mac, or by logging into https://office.com/ and clicking in the Teams tile.
