Every August, during the week prior to New Lancer Days, new Honors scholars participate in the Cormier Honors College Leadership Retreat. At the retreat, students become acclimated to Longwood's campus, meet fellow Honors scholars, participate in community service, attend an etiquette dinner, and learn what Honors is all about at Longwood University.
