Campus Tour – Campus-wide tour to explore Longwood University's old and new buildings. The vision of Longwood's new University Master Plan will be explained in detail to include insight into the rational for building construction that compliments the tradition of our beautiful campus. Location: Brock Hall
10:00am – 10:50am Minority Clubs & Organizations
Tabling - Represent your Organization! Black Greek organizations and minority student clubs will sponsor tabling to connect new members with alumni and give students the opportunity to showcase their work on campus. Location: Lankford – Lancer Café 1st Floor
11:00am – 11:50pm CLASP - 1st Generation & Minority Students
Speed Networking - How Do You Market Yourself? This event will encourage networking, marketing, mentoring, and career development sessions for alumni and students. Students and alumni will have an opportunity to connect personally and professionally. Show us your best networking pitch. Location: Lankford Ballroom
Noon – 1:30pm Lunch through line – A designated area in Dorrill Dining Hall will be reserved for Alumni and students to continue networking and fellowship.

3:00pm – 4:00pm Longwood University Black Alumni Committee Focused Mentoring Session - This event will establish a continuum of networking, engagement, growth and development for Longwood minority students. Location: Lankford Ballroom

4:30pm – 5:00pm Bus Transportation – Available to provided transport from alumni & students to the Moton Museum. Location: Brock Parking Garage (at the roundabout facing Griffin Blvd.)

Town Hall Meeting & BASIC Combined Choir Performance – The State of the Black Student Experience Townhall Meeting, will proactively explore and discuss the life experiences for Longwood's black students and students of color with the goal of enhancing the quality of campus life and academic outcomes. The Office of Alumni Engagement and Admissions Office will discuss ways the student body can benefit from alumni professional experience and expertise.

9:00pm – Until Alumni & Students Fellowship at North Street Press Club
Transportation (Bus Service) will be provided throughout the night of the event to transport alumni and students to the lounge.

A committee and subcommittees will be selected to begin planning for the 2020 reunion. (Breakfast is $5 for alumni, guests, and visitors not staying at the hotel. Tickets are available at the hotel front desk).
