Main Campus Resident Checklist
- Remove all trash and perishable food from your room
- If applicable, adjust room thermostat/fan to a low/medium setting
- Take valuables and often forgotten items (medication, eyeglasses, checkbook, etc.) home
- Shut down and unplug all electronics, except refrigerators.
- Turn off all lights
- Close and lock all windows - leave window shades up (except for first floor)
- Lock all doors
Apartment Resident Checklist
It is the resident(s) responsibility to complete this checklist and any damages that may occur over break due to negligence to fulfill these expectations will be charged to the occupants of the apartment.
- Dispose of all trash and perishables
- Remove all perishable items from fridge
- Close and lock ALL windows and doors
- Adjust thermostat to 75 degrees (heating)
- Lower blinds and twist slightly open
- Leave porch light on (LP residents)
- Shut down and unplug all electronics
