The Longwood University Materiel Management and Purchasing Department is responsible for all procurement for the university in compliance with the Governing Rules(pdf), the Procurement Manual for Higher Education & Vendors (pdf), and applicable sections of the Virginia Public Procurement Act.
Our goal is to ensure that goods and services purchased are of the proper quality, proper quantity, at the lowest available cost, and received within a reasonable period of time.
Materiel Management and Purchasing is located in Lancaster Hall, located on High Street between Grainger and Jarman Halls.
