Students- you are invited to present your research at a state-wide multidisciplinary research conference.
The Network for Undergraduate Research in Virginia (NURVa) conference is an excellent opportunity for undergraduates in all disciplines to present their research and creative work at a statewide conference. NURVa Conference 2023
The fourth annual conference will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at Hampden-Sydney College in Hampden-Sydney, VA.
NURVa invites submissions from undergraduates in all disciplines in the categories of oral presentation (12-minute), poster, or performance. Students are required to submit an abstract (750 words maximum) with one letter of support from a faculty mentor.
The submission deadline is midnight, October 15, 2023. Students can submit their abstracts here: NURVA 2023 Abstract Submission
Conference registration, which includes lunch, will be free as the conference has been completely underwritten by a generous grant from the 4-VA Foundation. Faculty mentors are encouraged to attend.
The registration site will be available soon. Please contact Amorette Barber (barberar@longwood.edu) for assistance with registration.
