Leadership Development

We help create opportunities for learning, growth, and action for students to become citizen leaders on campus, in the local community, and in the world.

Students who participate in programs will develop self awareness, awareness of others, critical thinking skills, an appreciation for diversity, and other leadership skills. Through these experiences, they are empowered to take action in creating positive change in their communities.

The Office of Leadership Development will focus on providing comprehensive, collaborative, and unique leadership experiences that welcome all students and create curricular and co-curricular opportunities for students.
