Approximately twelve grants of $1000 (course design) or $500 (course redesign) available

  • Graduates are more likely to have received career advice from faculty or staff members than from the career services office, with 1/3 of graduates saying they received career advice from faculty or staff often or very often[1]
  • An expanded network of campus community members available for conversations about postgraduate pathways increases sense of belonging for first-generation students and students of color

The career everywhere approach is about building a campus culture of career readiness, where anyone can help students to:

  • See life-career planning as an ongoing, cyclical process, rather than a one-time event
  • Generate meaning for changes in their curricular and co-curricular experiences
  • Effectively tell the story of their time at Longwood
