- An expanded network of campus community members available for conversations about postgraduate pathways increases sense of belonging for first-generation students and students of color
The career everywhere approach is about building a campus culture of career readiness, where anyone can help students to:
- See life-career planning as an ongoing, cyclical process, rather than a one-time event
- Generate meaning for changes in their curricular and co-curricular experiences
- Effectively tell the story of their time at Longwood
