The entrance to the Virginia Street Parking Lot is blocked; access is via the connection to the Putney Street Parking Lot |

January 2024 | Replace the existing sanitary sewer line on the south side of Maugans Alumni Center from Beale Plaza to the driveway to Tabb Circle. |
| Hiner Fan Coil Units (FCUs) | May 22, 2023 | September 2023 | Replace the existing HVAC FCUs throughout the building. Currently dealing with a unit control issue. |
