| Replacement Facilities Building | January 3, 2023 | late summer 2024 | Renovate and expand the former Lumberyard building on Fourth Street for Facilities, EHS, Space Planning, and Construction Departments. The entrance to the Virginia Street Parking Lot is blocked; access is via the connection to the Putney Street Parking Lot. |
| Maugans Sanitary Sewer Line | late summer 2023* | fall 2023* | Replace the existing buried sanitary sewer line on the south side of Maugans Alumni Center from Beale Plaza to the driveway to Tabb Circle. *There is a high probability that the project will not start until holiday break 2023. |
| Hiner Fan Coil Units (FCUs) | May 22, 2023 | late summer 2023 | Replace the existing HVAC FCUs throughout the building. Parking spaces (except ADA) behind Hiner and Coyner will be unavailable. Cooling will be shut down periodically by floors throughout the summer. |
