Support for Winter Break

The Help Desk will be closed December 17th – January 1st.  Limited assistance will be available each day of the break (to include weekends; no coverage Christmas Day or New Year’s Day).  Requests should be made via email to and should include a detailed description of the issue and a contact phone number where you can be reached. A Help Desk technician will respond to requests between the hours of 10 am and 12 noon.
