The Help Desk will be closed December 16th – January 2nd. Limited assistance will be available each day of the break (to include weekends; no coverage Christmas Day or New Year’s Day). Requests should be made via email to email@example.com. Your email should include a description of your issue and a contact phone number where you can be reached. A Help Desk technician will respond to requests between the hours of 10 am and 12 noon.
