Longwood Theatre is thrilled to announce auditions and tech position sign-ups for the new children's musical, Million Bazillion.
For "Million Bazillion", please record yourself performing an approximately 1 minute cut of a song in the style of the show. Recommended shows to pull from: School House Rock!, SpongeBob the Musical, A Year With Frog and Toad, Finding Nemo, You're A Good Man Charlie Brown, Seussical, Shrek, etc.
We are looking for clear, expressionistic voices that can harmonize, with very playful, yet grounded performances.
Upload your video to either YouTube or Vimeo, and post the link on the Longwood Theatre Canvas assignment for this audition. All tapes must be submitted by February 12th at midnight.
If you are interested in auditioning, but are currently not on the Longwood Theatre Canvas shell, email parrottjt@longwood.edu to be added. And then you will also be the first to know about future Longwood Theatre auditions.
If you submit a video, you will be called back to read for a role on February 27th. This will also be the evening for tech signups.
PLEASE FIND A FULL SCRIPT AND SCORE in the "MILLION BAZILLION Resources" under "Assignments".
