Lancer Tech Expo 2022

Tuesday, September 13th ~ 10 AM - 2 PM Lankford Ballroom

Join Information Technology Services, representatives from offices across campus, and vendors to view the latest technology gadgetry and learn about resources and services available to you. Open to students, faculty, and staff. Be sure to bring your Longwood ID to “swipe” in to the event!

There will be plenty of great information and free giveaways at the Expo tables! Refreshments will be available.

Register for a chance to win awesome prizes to include a Dell laptop, Amazon Fire tablet, Apple TV, Amazon Echo, dinner for two at the North Street Press Club, Amazon gift cards, and more! Drawings will be held at the end of the event. You do not have to be present to win.

Informational presentations from Apple and DocFinity are scheduled.

At 11am DocFinity representative, Ian Llado, will discuss how DocFinity can help your area manage document and paper intensive processes.  He will provide an overview of the solution, discuss how other areas of Longwood University have benefited by using the technology, and how you can empower users to do more with less. (Sign Up for this session) 

At 1pm, Apple Sr. System Engineer, Aaron Davis, and Apple Longwood Account Manager, Jack Burns, will review the latest Apple news and products relevant to higher education. Can you find your way through the Hacker's Hideout before time runs out? Each session will take approximately 25 minutes and have a maximum of (8) participants. You must be available to enter the room promptly at your designated time. If you are not present, someone else may take your spot. Late entry will not be permitted. Sign up below!
