Extended evening Help Desk hours have been in place for several years. Initially the Help Desk was available 7:45 am until 9 pm. These hours were modified to 7:45 am until 7 pm after two semesters due to low demand for support in the evening. Effective May 22, 2018, the Help Desk hours will be 7:45 until 5 pm Monday - Friday, again due to a very low volume of calls during the extended evening hours. Please note that the Help Desk will be open until 7 pm during peak times -  the first two weeks of each academic semester and during exams.
