When the new MyLongwood launched today we received some reports that some users were getting an error when they went to MyLongwood (https://my.longwood.edu).
The reason? Their browsers were trying to pull the old MyLongwood from the browser history rather than going to the new site. Therefore an error appeared.
The solution is to clear the browser history, type in https://my.longwood.edu (or click on it from the 'Lancer Dashboard') and load the new MyLongwood. Your browser history will now know to go to the new site.
