Awarding of Degrees 1003
I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to define degree conferral times for the University.
II. POLICY
Degrees shall be awarded in May, August, December, and January. Commencement exercises are held in May. Students receiving degrees in the preceding terms of the academic year will be invited to participate in the May commencement. Students participating in commencement exercises are required to wear caps and gowns approved by the University.
