Fire Alarms & Drills

Failure to evacuate can result in death, or disciplinary action.

When the fire alarm activates everybody MUST immediately exit the building or go to an area of rescue. Failure to do so can result in death or, in the case of false alarms and drills, disciplinary actions.

As required by the State Fire Prevention Code, EH&S conducts annual fire drills in all academic buildings and four fire drills per year in resident halls. Each fire drill must be properly documented. Fire Evacuation Form
