TSCA (Toxic Substance Control Act)
Capital Design and Construction manages Asbestos abatement and disposal as part of renovation projects. All known Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) have been disposed of. The University, to date, hasn't triggered the other provisions of the TSCA regulation.
