Door Hazard Awareness Signs

EHS developed the door signage system pictured below to communicate in simple terms the hazards present to anybody who might need to enter the room.

The Goal is for all rooms that contain hazardous materials, hazardous equipment, or other hazards to be posted with one of these hazard signs. It is a work in progress with Chichester completed.

The door signs should be reviewed and updated annually
