How to properly use a slotted exhaust vent

• For efficient capture of dust and fumes, you must work within a foot of the exhaust slots
• Check to make sure that the air is flowing

How to properly use local exhaust ventilation equipment (Elephant Trunks)

• Move the exhaust opening to as close to your work as feasible
• Check to make sure that the air is flowing

How to properly use dust collection systems

• Before use, make sure that the filters and collection bags have sufficient capacity
• If there is a port, connect the exhaust hose to the tool
• Turn on the exhaust system
• Check to make sure that air is flowing
