Check room availability!

Procedure for requesting a reservation:

  1. Read Procedures for Reserving Meeting and Event Space
  2. Use the reservation system and submit at least 2 weeks prior to event. Events requiring security must have security reserved and paid for 15 business days before the event.
  3. Lankford Upchurch University Center will make a determination of space availability then will send confirmation paperwork to event planner/contact. When you receive your confirmation, please carefully review to verify that all information is correct.
  4. When reserving equipment in the Upchurch University Center an Equipment Checkout Form must be filled out. Please see an Upchurch University Center staff member in the main office of the Upchurch University Center(Rm. 201).
  5. IMPORTANT: Until you receive your confirmation paperwork, your reservation remains tentative and has not been approved.
