Procedure for requesting a reservation:

  1. Read Procedures for Reserving Meeting and Event Space
  2. Use the reservation system and submit at least 2 weeks prior to event. Events requiring security must have security reserved and paid for 15 business days before the event.
  3.  University Events and Ceremonies will make a determination of space availability then will send email confirmation to event planner/contact. When you receive your confirmation, please carefully review to verify that all information is correct.
  4. IMPORTANT: Until you receive your confirmation, your reservation remains tentative and has not been approved.
