Compliance Certification

Seventy-two standards from the SACSCOC Principles of Accreditation must be examined as part of the compliance certification.  All areas of the university are examined, and a team of writers is tasked with gathering evidence, consulting with appropriate campus parties, and constructing the narrative. 

These faculty and staff members are currently:

• Jen Fraley, Dean of Students
• John Miller, Associate Professor of English
• Melissa Rhoten, Professor of Chemistry
• Brent Roberts, Dean of the Greenwood Library
• Sarah Tanner-Anderson, Associate Professor of Educational Leadership
• Linda Townsend, Director of Assessment

The Compliance Certification was submitted to SACSCOC on Friday, September 1, 2023, for the off-site committee review.
