We heard you! We've listened to your feedback regarding the long, complicated URLs for department websites on Solomon. These sites now appear with new, simpler URLs. For example:
OLD URL:
http://solomon.longwood.edu/offices--departments/andy-taylor-center-for-early-childhood-development/
NEW URL:
http://solomon.longwood.edu/andytaylorcenter
The new, simpler URLs will use the same structure as already seen on the www (public) website (e.g. http://www.longwood.edu/andytaylorcenter).
We hope this change will make it easier to share these links internally, but please remember that Solomon is for information directed to faculty and staff and is not intended for students or the general public. As always, if you have any feedback or concerns, please email webteam@longwood.edu.
