We’re excited to announce that Longwood's new website event calendar platform is live, making it easier than ever to share, organize, and find events across the Longwood community.
It pulls in event feeds from key areas like Admissions, Athletics, the Moton Museum, LCVA, and LancerLink, creating an accessible hub for the entire Longwood community. With added features like personal calendar integration, event feed subscriptions, and location mapping, we’re excited about the convenience and visibility it will bring to all our events.
The event request reservation process for on-campus events remains the same via 25Live. This new calendar platform is not used for scheduling your event, it is used to showcase confirmed events on the Longwood website. You must have an event confirmation from University Events and Ceremonies prior to sharing your event.
Share Your Events
We want to encourage all campus members to share their events! Use our simple event calendar submission form to add your events to the website calendar. Whether it’s a talk, concert, workshop, or meeting, this platform is for any event in the Longwood community.
If you need to make changes to an event listing after submitting it to the website calendar, use our web change request form, and we’ll take care of it.
To ensure your event looks its best, we may make minor adjustments to optimize its display in the calendar and on the Longwood website. This helps your event reach its audience in the most effective way possible.
