2025 Increase and Bonus

Instructional Faculty, Administrative/Professional Faculty, and Classified Staff

3% Increase

  • Must be employed by 3/10/25 and remain a current employee with satisfactory performance
  • Employees on leave without pay are not eligible for the increase until they return to work or paid leave
  • Classified: increase will be effective 6/10/25, to be paid on the July 1 paycheck
  • A/P: if an increase is given it will be effective 6/25/25, to be paid on the July 16 paycheck
  • Instructional faculty: if an increase is given it will be effective 8/10/25, to be paid on the August 29 paycheck

1.5% Bonus

  • Must be employed by 2/25/25 and remain a current employee with satisfactory performance (classified: no written notices issued within the last 12 months)
  • Employees on leave without pay are not eligible for the bonus until they return to work or paid leave
  • Effective 5/25/25, to be paid on the June 16 paycheck

 

Funded Wage

3% Increase

  • to be eligible for the 3% increase you must be employed by 3/23/25 and remain a current employee with satisfactory performance
  • the increase will be effective 6/15/25, to be paid on the July 11 paycheck

1.5% Bonus

  • not eligible

 

Temporary Wage

  • will not receive the increase nor the bonus

 

All paperwork involving payroll changes need to be submitted by the 1st of the month to be paid on the 1st of the following month and on the 16th to be paid on the 16th of the following month. This includes, but is not limited to, salary changes, reclassifications, additional pays, etc. Hiring Reports need to be received in HR a minimum of 10 days prior to the date of hire.

The Annual Fire and Security Report(s) include campus security information, campus fire statistics, safety procedures, and provides statistics for criminal and disciplinary offenses.  The report(s) are provided annually in compliance with the Clery Act and the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA). Longwood University Annual Security and Fire Safety Report. A hard copy of the Annual Security and Fire Safety reports and/or a copy of the Fire Log are maintained at the Longwood Police Office and will be provided upon request.
