Duo Hardware Token

Duo Hardware tokens are available for pick up (faculty and staff only) at the Help Desk located on the ground floor of French Hall

Instructions for using a Duo Hardware Token

1. When you log in to a Longwood system that uses two-factor authentication with your LancerNet ID and password, a Duo screen will appear. You will select the "Enter a Passcode" option on that screen.

2. Push the green button on your Duo hardware token and enter the 6 digit code that is displayed. Click on "Log In"
